We offer sport specific training for athletes participating in any sport. These programs are designed to give you “The Edge.” We will develop a program to greatly and quickly enhance your athleticism as well as sport skill performance if that is one of your goals. Improving upon skills such as agility (forward/lateral movement), coordination, reaction, muscular strength and endurance, speed work and form running are vital to peak performance. We utilize the latest and most effective methods of training to enhance your motor development needs.
We offer several different types of programs for your general fitness needs such as weight loss, trim and tone, muscular strength and endurance. We recommend that adults over 40 consult with your physician and have no major health risks before training with us.
We offer exercise programs designed to strengthen specific muscle groups or a particular area of the body. We will develop an exercise program that is sensitive to your physical needs and will strengthen and rehabilitate your weaker areas.
